This time I thought of giving you guys a inside tour and secret of my perfect skin apart from makeup and home remedies that I use, but also I would like to introduce you guys to the detox drinks that I drink to add that extra glow on my face because it is not easy to keep your skin healthy and fresh always!

so I will tell you the perfect drinks to detox your body and cut out that junk from your bodies out via my first and most favourite Drink.

Cucumber Mint Detox Drink

Yet another amazing and highly beneficial drink. Mix of both the ingredient gives you the best cooling effect for your skin!

Recipe:1)Cucumber

2)8-10 mint leaves

3)2tbsp lemon juice

4)Iced water

5)Ice cubes

6)Lemon rings

Ginger Litchi lemonade

Ginger is since always known as a most effective agent against inflammation and litchi is full of water so it helps in hydrating your body with delicious taste.

Recipe:1)½ cup ginger (mushed)

2)½ lemon juice

3)1 glass litchi juice

4)Mint leaves

Detox Haldi Tea

A perfect heavenly combination of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients. Haldi is popularly known ancient herb which contains numbers of health benefits.

1)1tsp Haldi

2)1tsp ginger chopped

3)¼ black pepper on top

Chia seeds Detox Water

Last comes to be my favourite chia seeds are high in vital nutrients, it boost a wealth of omega3s and antioxidants.

How to Prepare:

1)Take 200ml water (lukewarm water) and mix 1tbsp chia seeds let it stand for 10min

2) It will slowly form into a gel-like consistency than an ad on half tsp of lemon juice!
